No dia 29 de Maio de 2018, decorreu os Grupos Lean no novo dojo do Lean Excellence Center.
Numa primeira parte, os participantes tiveram oportunidade de ouvir um caso prático sobre o tema “TQM” apresentado pela Mercatus.

Na segunda parte realizou-se a habitual discussão em grupos mais pequenos, para partilha de conhecimentos.

For the second consecutive year 4Lean was present at this international trade fair. This is one of the biggest events of European logistics. Compared to last year we tripled the size of the stand and present many of the solutions developed in the last year as visual management products.
